hi, i requested an RMA but i didnt get the number only the confirmation email.

Thank you for letting us know! I have asked Customer Service to send you an email wiht your RMA information, since I can see an RMA from the 17th on your acocunt. If you don't receive the new email, please come back here and let me know.

Hello - I too have submitted for and RMA and have not yet received it. I did receive the email acknowledging that I had submitted for the RMA but I have not as of yet received the the actual RMA number.

There is an RMA on your account, created on June 27th. I have requested to have the information email resent to the email address you put on the RMA request.

An RMA was created for you that day, along with a replacement order. A new email with the information you need should be on its way to you by now. Let me know if you don't get it.

I looked in our system, and I see an RMA with your email address on it, created a couple of days before the glitch was fixed. There is a new email on its way to you now, with an RMA number and everything else you need to know for the RMA. :)

My order number could be 792093100 or 2474618 ...I have the confirmation email as well. I need to get this memory out today.

The magic want has sent new emails to both of you. :) As with every other case when the email got lost, the RMA's ten days have been extended.

Those don't look like Crucial order numbers... they would either be in the format 9XXXX-XXXXXX or 2XXXXXXX. You may want to call in to our Customer Service and ask them to look into this, especially if it's urgent. Be sure to use the proper link for your location.
