Random BSOD and Memory timing?

I bought some Crucial Ballistix Dual Channel quite some time ago:
Crucial Ballistix Dual Channel 1024MB PC3200 DDR 400MHz Memory (2x 512MB).
I've been getting random BSODs with sometimes valid error information is shown like today, Win32K.sys.
I have an Asus P2PEVM Motherboard and while the timing is set to auto in the bios, the settings are:
CAS: 2.0
RAS# to CAS# 2
RAS# Precharge 2
tRAS 8
Voltage 2.5V
Yet, the specs of the ram when I bought it are: 2, 2, 2, 6.
Would the variance in latency be the cause?
Thanks

Before we start looking at the memory settings, let's rule out the possibility of a bad module or slot. Try the Ballistix modules one at a time in the first slot to verify that they both work, then test your slots one by one with a known good module as well.
The memory tester we suggest is memtest86+. When you run it on Ballistix, start from a cold boot, and change your BIOS DRAM settings and voltage back down to default or auto values.
