The issue is my motherboard does support 16GB ram but when i installed the 2x8GB Ballistix Sports DDR3 - MHz 1333 into my motherboard and booted my pc nothing happens just stuck on the boot screen.

Does anyone have any hints or tips or advice am i doing somthing wrong?

Thanks for the help Smiley Happy

Hi hamza1526,

I am sorry for the issues that you have experienced upgrading your RAM. You are installing two 8GB memory modules in the system? What are the part number of those modules, please? It sounds like the issue could be with the 8GB modules. This system does go to 16GB of memory,  but the memory should be installed as four 4GB memory modules. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
