Problems installing ram on an Intel DH55TC

Recently purchased a 8GBx2 Ballistix DDR3-1600 PC3-12800, and though it's recognized by bios it refuses to get past the "starting windows" screen. Judging by the other guaranteed-compatible memory modules and motherboard specs it seems like this one would work, though maybe I underestimate how fickle compatability is. I'm running on a clean windows 7 professional 64 bit, already updated bios, and my old 4GBX2 works fine by itself.

Re: Problems installing ram on an Intel DH55TC

Hi Shrank,

I am sorry for the issues that you have experienced with your upgrade. What is the full part number on the memory module that you purchased? This will be on the label and will be in a format similiar to this BLS4G3D1339DS1S00.16F, etc? This information will help us check the compatibility.

Thanks in advance.
