When I turn XMP profile on BIOS (ver. F4), nothing changes and if I disconnect the PC from the power supply (After a correct shutdown) computer will no longer start without resetting the BIOS.
What I'm doing wrong? Or is the memory module faulty?
The cpu-z screenshots are completely the same in both states (XMP on / off).

@maxXx I am sorry for the delay in reply. I pulled up the specifications for both your motherboard and it appears that the CPU is what is causing the issue.
Your CPU only supports 2400 mhz and since memory runs faster you would see potential issues like the one you describe. More information describing this limitation can be found here. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.
