I have checked on cpu-z ,geekbench,AMD Ryzen Master they all r showing 1064Mhz speed instead of default 2666Mhz,why?
Is the ram kit defective ,should I give it for RMA;
Motherboard:Asus crosshair vi hero ,
Processor: Amd Ryzen 1600

Thanks for contacting us. I pulled up your system specs and it appears that our Ballistix Elite 3000 mhz RAM is not compatible with your system. I expect that may be why you are running into issues with this RAM and your system. I would recommend returning this RAM and purchasing a compatible upgrade. A full list of compatible upgrades can be found here:
Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.

It's just the MT/s and Mhz that created all the confusion,other brands like Gskills etc r using MHz while crucial is using MT/s and MT/s =2xMHz eg:2133MT/s=1066MHz , which proves to be slower than competitors in theory .
And to the compatibility case with the mobo,its surprisingly working fine since the first day I installed it rather it shouldn't be working either way i m lucky its working ,bt just not enjoying the min 2666MT/s
