Wouldn't boot with all four sticks intalled. Tried every combination of two sticks then just single sticks, nothing.
I grabbed the cheappest 4GB of DDR4 of of amazon and it boots up.
What's the odds that I've got 4 bad sticks?
Is there some capatablity thing I've overlooked?

Ok, I found a solution.
It seems like a bit of pseudoscience, but it worked some how.
I found it in an Amazon Q&A on a different set of RAM.
move my cheap 4GB stick to the second slot.
Replace 4GB stick in Second slot with 16 GB Stick
Reboot (aside I tryed just puting all four of my 16gb sticks in slot two earlier and it didn't work)
Put a second 16GB stick in slot 1
Put the remaining two 16GB sticks in
64GB up and running
