First, sorry for any bad english may occur, it's not my native language.
I get the Ballistix Smart Tracer 1866 2x4Gb a few days ago, my mother it's a Gigabyte GA890GPA-UD3H Rev 2.0 and everytime i power up says "The system has experienced boot failures because of overclocking or changes in voltage. Latest settings in BIOS may not coincide with current H/W states..." I'm not overclocking, setting all manual or all to auto it's the same thing, in auto the memorys detect as 1333Mhz, Any special or suggested configuration?
Thx in advance!

I am sorry that you have had issues with your new memory. What is the exact part number of the memory that you have purchased? It will be on the label and be something like BLT4G3D1608DT2TXOB. 16FK. From the message you are getting it does sound like you may need to change the timings in the BIOS in order to support the RAM. Once I know the exact part that you are using I can provide you with the suggested timings and voltage that you will want to use. I would also suggest that you make sure you are using the latest BIOS. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Thank you for this information. The timings for BLT2KIT4G3D1869DT2TXRG in the BIOS should read 9-9-9-27 and the voltage should be 1.5v. If the timings are not set to these specifications it can cause some issues like you have experienced. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns about this RAM.
