I purchased my memory in sealed package.
8gb kit 2 - 4gb tactical tracer DDR3 - 1866 (PC3-14400)
memory sticks labelled:
LEAD - FREE w/ XMP US
1866MHz 9-9-9-27 1.5V
I'm using Asus P8Z68-M pro(updated bios) - i5 3550 - Win7 64bit
Upon installing the kit with xmp figured on bios, it reads only 4gb.
Also try it in manual figured bios, still wont go.
I try each new memory module on its own, one at a time, in the system.
Stick 1 boots but stick 2 won"t.
It is sign that stick 2 is dead?
I physically see LEDs on sticks
Led and temp not detected on MOD utility.
hoping for your help,

First of all I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems with your memory upgrade. Having looked through your post it does unfortunately sound like there is a fault with one of the memory modules.
The modules are however fully covered by our warranty and we would be more than happy to arrange an exchange for you. Please contact the customer service team directly HERE and we can get the memory exchanged.
Once again sorry for the issues you have had with this memory upgrade.

Thanks for posting your results and I'm sorry to hear that you are still having problems with your LED's.
It sounds like it's a restriction on your system and not the memory that's causing these problems. Can you run the MOD utility as Administrator? To do this you right click on the program and select "Run as administrator" it could be that you don't have the permissions to change the LED's at the moment and that's what's causing the problems.
Let us know how that goes and if you do have any problems we can investigate it further for you.
