After cloning to SSD how do I repurpose the "old" HDD

So a successful replacement of 500GB HDD with 1TB Crucial SSD using Acronis clone - found the process straightforward and delivered a fantastic speed improvement, I'd been thinking it was time to replace the PC so around £200 well spent!  Now I'd like to reconnect the old HDD and I'm concerned what happens at boot time.  I want to boot from SSD, how do I tell the PC which disk to use as both are bootable media?

You can typically choose the specific drive to boot form in the computers BIOS.

Though I remember in my Dell you could only select 'hard disk' and it then booted off the lowest numbered sata port containing a bootable hard drive.

OK so looking in the BIOS settings there are 4 numbered SATA disk ports, SSD is on number 4 so if I move that to 0 and put the old HDD on any of the others... Yes problem solved.  Thanks
