Cloned a V4 SSD for my Dell 5100 - Help

[ Edited ]

Not sure where to go. I bought and cloned a V4 SSD for my Dell 5100. The clone was good, but my XP service pack 3 seems to want to stop all the time. My emails fail  all the time and Chrome will just sit for ages. Now I'm not an expert in tech terms but had to put my HDD back in to get my system to run ok. Is there anything I can do to get my V4 SSD to run without problems? Please don't give me any technical terms.

Cheers Now

Also you should check the partitions alignment on the cloned SSD and is there any AHCI driver enabled. Windows XP do not align partitions correctly for SSDs and most likely they are not aligned properly for you. You could do that with AS SSD benchmark - it is enough to start the application and you don't have to run any benchmarks. Take a look here please.
