Constant Windows 10 hangs

Here's a chronic and apparently unsolvable problem with Windows 10.

Short desciption: ever since moving the boot partition to a Crucial MX200 SSD,   the PC has been crash and hang prone.

Windows 10 Version:    10.0.15063 Build 15063

32 Bit Windows, PC has a AMD FX6300 and a gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 6.0 motherboard.

Here's what has been tried  with no effect:

SFC/ SCANNOW

CHKDDSK/F

Clean boot.

Turning write caching off.

Changing BIOS to AHCI.

When Windows hangs, system will not respond to attempts to start task manager.

Windows hangs are usually accompanied with a spinning blue circle.

Sometimes Firefox hangs.

When Chrome  hangs, it is accompenied with "waiting for cache."

Acronis software has not been installed.

See if any of my reply at ‎08-15-2017 10:14 PM in here: http://forums.crucial.com/t5/Crucial-SSDs/MX300-275GB-locking-up-after-a-short-time/m-p/179878#M5427... helps.

It's Intel oriented since that's what I use but I assume there are AMD equivalent settings?
