Crucial BX300 not showing up inside Macbook Pro Early 2011

[ Edited ]

Goodevening,
I bought a Crucial BX300 240GB for a Macbook Pro Early 2011.
First I tried a clone of my actual disk and after cloned I mount disk inside Mac with your instructions but Mac seems not seeing disk.
Second, I attached and inizialize SSD via USB port with Disk Utility like OS X Extended Journaled then I make an USB key with High Sierra OSX and insert it again inside Macbook Pro but again, Disk Utility seems not seeing disk.

I can't use this SSD like main disk and I not understand why. If I load disk via USB port I can see disk but if I load disk attached to main board inside Mac I cannot see disk. It seems like a trouble with BIOS and disk or something else. Can you help me ?

Have you tried EFI and SMC firmware updates?

I am sorry but I am not Mac user so I am blind guessing here, I am afraid.
