The SSD was on 0002. Updated successfully to 0006, as tye system said.
REbooted, system does not load.
Tried to format in Snow Leopard, and is not seen!
Tried to format on a Mac OS Sierra installed, no success. It does not mount on screen, but disk utility shows as it is mounted!
What do I do?
Tried to update to 0007 and I cannot boot at the same machine I did the 0006 firmware update!

Are you able to get SMART data from the drive?
Were you having issues before updating which the update was part of an attempt to resolve? The firmware update is six and a half years old so I'm just wondering what prompted you to put it on now and knowing any prior issues might help. Thanks!

Yes I do. I see the drive but every format or erase attempt is unsuccessfull.
I found this ssd forgotten on old hardware and installed it on a macbook pro 2009. Then I had the "great" idea of update firmware.
I can see SMART data, the drive itself. But nothing seems to be allowed to erase/format/partition it.
Thanks for any help

@tiaoegua You could try running the firmware update in IDE mode and see if let's you. It's very strange that the firmware updater worked in 006, but not 007 as they are almost the same.
