M4 CT512M4SSD2 going bad?

I have a M4 CT512M4SSD2 with firmware 0309. Just two days ago I started getting BSOD (bad_pool_header) mostly while opening and using browsers. According to Crucial Storage Exec. the ssd has over 33,000 hrs on it and is at only 2% of used life.

Question 1: Is the SSD going bad?

Question 2: Is it the cause of my BSOD?

Question 3: Is it getting to old?

Question 4: Should I try to update the firmware (It is my boot drive)

Could you please post your SMART data? It will show some useful information.
With CrystalDiskInfo use 'Edit > Copy' option, just please remove drive's serial number.

Re: M4 CT512M4SSD2 going bad?

There aren't any significant errors to speak of showing there.  In fact the only error in the drives entire life is a solitary cable fault (UDMA_CRC_Error_Count)
