Similar to this post http://forum.crucial.com/t5/Solid-State-Drives-SSD/Firmware-Update-not-possible-for-Crucial-M4-CT128..., my PC also keeps freezing on me, and i'm looking to update the firmware.
I'm a bit of a nervous noob so could you tell me or link me to the correct firmware version please. I'm running Windows 7 at the mo. Is it this one? Firmware Update 07MH for the Crucial m4 mSATA SSD?
Thanks in advance

07mh is for the msata drive. The model number you put up is the 2.5" drive so you'd want 070h

Yes, the firmware upgrade you want is 070H and can be found on here. Once you are on this page just make sure to select the M4 2.5 inch SSD. Please let us know if you have any other questions about this. Thank you!

Thanks for the advice. It seems to have worked a treat. Fingers crossed it stays on without hanging for more than 45 minutes now.

Thank You very much to all for helping solving the problem.
I used Firmware:
Crucial m4 2.5-inch (7mm & 9.5mm) SSD updated the SSD with no problems
