SSD MX 300 too slow

Hello.

I bought a Crucial MX 300. Unfortunately, I get only a low write and read speed. 25Mbits.

My system is Windows 10
Acer Aspire ES1-731G
Latest firmware is installed on the SSD.

Where is the error? SSD faulty?

You're using the generic Windows storage driver.  It would be worth trying the Intel driver: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/55005

You may need to try older versions if the newer ones say they don't support your hardware and refuse to install.

I mean older than that.  You may have to go as far back as 11.7 depending upon your chipset.

highly unlikely to be due to the storahci driver.

Unlikley - but not impossible. On most computers, IRST and MS drivers should be largely the same.  On selected ystsems, one or the other can perform badly or be unstable.  And in the case of IRST, even the version can make a difference.  And there's no universally good version to recommend.  Different ones can work better on different systems.
