I'm still waiting for a reply from someone at Crucial regarding the drive I purchased that does NOT work as advertised. I see several others that also have the same issues as I have. Can it still be returned for a refund?
How do I contact someone at Crucial? I click on the link on the Crucial page and it just takes me to the Forum.

Your best bet for finding a quick answer is to search our Forum, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Customer Service has limited hours of operation, but if you need to contact us, it's easy! Just click on the link below for your location, click "More contact options," and then select Customer Service to view our contact information.
