Hey guys nice to meet you,
I just bought a Crucial 512gb SSD MX100 and I'm about to install it on my Macbook Pro (mid-2012).
I saw many tutorials and I ended watching Trim enable on the system to properly work with SSD's installed.
I saw a website that said from Linux reports that my SSD model will not properly work with Trim enable.
I wonder if that's true? I'm a graphic designer and I work a lot with many files and I'm constantly deleting files and that's where exactly TRIM works right? (deleting data, and a bad Trim will delete or corrupt the wrong data)
I'll be alert and ask me anything you need.
Thank you.
Matías.

That bug was fixed a year and a half ago in firmware MU02. Also I believe the issue was Linux only and not Mac OS - but it was a long while ago so I could be mis-remembering!
But, ether way, if you make sure the firmware is up to date then you should be fine.
