Hi, I have a Crucial M4-CT256M4SSD2 and cannot seem to find any fiormware updates for it, nor can the Sanitize option recognize it in the Storage Executive. Any clues as to why for either point?
Screen shot attached.

The M4 is too old to be supported by Storage Executive I'm afraid.

Hello I have the same drive with the same problem of it not appearing in the updater my current version is "000F" and it has 6244 hours on the drive. So having problems.

@crashoverride, I have been using 000F firmware for years with no issues, as far as I know this revision is not affected by any 'power-on hours' bug so you can possibly continue using it.
What is your OS version and motherboard model? Did you try to use Windows updater or Manual Boot File updater?
