Updated to latest Storage Executive, now MX100 not recognized by any computer

The MX100 512 had run fine for two years as my OS and programs drive, and I updated Storage Executive on several occasions in the past, and the drive had the latest firmware installed.

 

After doing the most recent update, and turning on Momentum Cache, eveything seemed normal. After rebooting, however, the drive is not recognized in BIOS.

 

I have tried the trick to force garbage collection several times, but still nothing - not even trying it on a different desktop.

Does anyone have any suggestions, other than filing a warranty claim?
