using SSD for runing just a progam with out installing OS on it.

I run only premiere video editing on this computer. I want to uninstall it from the HDD and reinstall it on an SSD. Will the program still run fast with my OS still on the HDD. I do not care/use anything other programs on that computer (I use another for everything else) so I don't want to bother with moving OS to SDD.

If i get another progam I will just istall it directly to the SSD as well if needed.

If you put only that program on the SSD then only the loading of that program will be quicker.  It won't make it quicker in use.  If it needs sped up in use because it does lots of temporary drive access then it would depend upon whether you can configure its temporary file lcoations within the program.  If not, and it uses your Windows profile temp folder then you would need to move at least your user profile to the SSD as well I'd guess.
