iMac 27" 2011 CT2K8G3S1339M crashing, rebooting

Hi,

Your website states that the CT2K8G3S1339M 2x8GB memory is compatible with my iMac 27" 2011 i5 2.7Ghz, but since installing the memory my computer crashes and reboots every few minutes, most often with kernel panic errors. Can you please give me some advice what might wrong?

@voggorb  I am sorry for the issues you've experienced with your RAM. It does appear the upgrade is compatible and we have had very low returns on this product.

We would advise following the steps in this article for troubleshooting:

If you are still experiencing issues or find that you have a defective memory module please contact us directly using the information in my signature.
