iMac Late 2012 - 2,9Ghz core i5: issue with delivered Memory

Hello,

 

I just boyght 2 x 16GB of RAM to go to 32 MB on my iMac.

And  actually, it is just not working. When I replace the RAM, it beeps and don't start up.

I tried all RAMs  in all slots.

Reference is: CT2C8G3S160BMCEU.

I ordered them using the advisor tool.

I xorresponds apparently to what I have: 1600 Mhe DDR3.

But it is not working.

Or Am I doing something wrong?
