DDR3L-1600 SODIMM vs DDR3L-1866 SODIMM (Dell Inspiron 14 3442 Intel Series 8 i3)

I have a Dell Inspiron 14 (3442) Intel Series 8 i3 with 4 Gb RAM. I wanted to upgrade the memory and as a suggestion I got 2 different RAM types: 8 Gb DDR3L-1600 SODIMM vs DDR3L-1866 SODIMM. I tried getting more information on my motherboard, but I cannot tell for sure if my system would be able to handle the faster memory or not. I was hoping for some expert opinion on the matter. Thank you in advance.

I didn't see any mention of RAM speed in the Dell documentation.   My guess would be the memory will likely run at 1600MHz.   Even if the system can run the RAM at the faster speed, I doubt most people would ever notice the difference in most use cases.

Thank you a lot for the help! I was already leaning towards the 1600 version, and now I've made up my mind. Cheers!
