The laptop is slow; slow to boot, slow to run, slow to do anything. It is basically a clean W10/64 machine with little on it. I replaced the original 1TB drive with a 2TB Hybrid drive and saw no improvement. Speccy shows 8GB DDR3, 798MHz, Single Channel memory. Is there any hope that replacing the Dell memory with a Crucial 8GB, DDR3L, 1600 module would improve performance? More details follow:
Intel i7 4510U 2.0GHz Processor
Dell 0MFT5X Motherboard
Samsung 8GB, DDR3, PC12800 (800), CL11 memory Module
Thanks in advance...

@AZMoosie Thanks for contacting us today. Unfortunately, I doubt replacing the RAM with a Crucial 8GB RAM memory module would increase the speed of the system. You could try replacing the hybrid drive with a Crucial SSD. At this point that would be the only thing that probably would increase the speed. Otherwise, it sounds as if this system might just be too slow for what you are wanting to do with it. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.
