We purchased 8 gb of memory for our Toshiba Satellite L775-S7105 system. My husband upon installing obviously had a problem because when we started the laptop up again it would not work, so decided to call tech support. Upon calling them we talked to Daniel who walked us patiently through the process again, seems he did not push the boards in enough and they were not making contact. Finially we got it working thanks to his help. Thanks so much for his help. Great company will do business with them again.
