I have a Toshiba L50 B 1TX and upgraded from the standard Samsung 4Gb RAM 1Rx8 PC3L-12800S-11-13-B4
to Crucial (2x)8Gb DDR3L-1600 SODIMM 1.35V CL11 (CT102464BF160B.C16FPR)
System Bios version: 2.0
My laptop recognizes the 16Gb and yet it runs even much slower then before!
Does anyone know what is going on?
thank you so much in advance!

Thanks for contacting us. We are sorry for the issues you've experienced with your new memory. After pulling up your system it does appear that the new memory is compatible with your system. It sounds almost as if the memory you received is either defective or possibly a different extension that is not mixing well with your existing 8GB memory module. I would advise contacting us directly using the info in my signature and request a replacement. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused.
