@yh Thanks for contacting us today. The difference between these two is the density. CT51264BD160BJ.C8FED is a high density part and has 8 total chips. CT51264BD160B.C16FKD is a low density part and has 16 total chips. These parts can be system specific, not all systems can utilize both types of memory. We would be happy to check into this for you. What is the make and model of your computer?
