crashing ghosts

I have just upgraded my memory on a hp compaq pavilion slimline s5780uk from 4gb to 12gb. I have an intel core i3cpu 550 @3.20ghz 64 bit, a nvidia geforce GT610games card and it runs on windows 10. Since I put in the memory to try and run ghosts call of duty it crashes, well annoying. I thought i knew what i was doing but obviously not. Any help out there please?

Re: crashing ghosts

Hi Tant,

I am sorry for the issues you've experienced with your system. What is the full part number of the memory module you installed? This part number should read something like CT51264BD160B.C16F, etc. Thanks in advance for this information!
