Help with getting PC up to spec

Hi , i wonder if anyone is able to help please .

I have been trying to use an online training program/game but the software is telling me my PC is not up to spec .

I have bought more memory from Crucial thinking that would solve the problem but the program is still looking like a 1980's pacman game on my pc rather than a virtual realitly interactive training game .

My PC works fine for everything i normally want it to do so throwing lots of money at it on upgrades that may never work with what i have seems a bit pointless so i thought i'd ask here .

Jason .

Hi Cuchilo,

Thanks for contacting us. We would be happy to see if there is anything we can suggest. What is the make and model of the computer?

Re: Help with getting PC up to spec

Hi Cuchilo,

The limitation may be with the processor speed or maybe even a graphics card. There isn't much information out there on your system, unfortunately. These aren't things that can easily be updated either. I am sorry I can't be more of help, but you might check with Packard Bell.
