I upgraded my system, forgetting to uninstall the software. the HDD it was caching was undetected so I had to disk partition it. Now my software wont work because its in use by another computer. I really need this fixed, I am dying without my cache :smileysad: Please let me know what I need to provide to get my key reset.

I went ahead and sent an email to the Crucial Support center detailing my key/email/name as well as my situation. Hoping for a key reset soon!

 I am very pleased to see the situation handled so hastly.

 

 

Now I have a 2TB 7200rpm 64mb with Crucial M4 speeds again :smileyvery-happy:
