I have updated to firmware 0009. Windows 7 64bit.
Using an asus p8z68 pro motherboard.
I have turned off hybrid sleep as suggested.
The computer will go to sleep fine. When I try and wake it up the fans will turn on, but no image will appear (I am then foriced to restart). I've tried different graphics cards which work on other machines so it's not the card.

I've got the same problem with my Lenovo S205 since I updated the M4s Firmware to 0009.
After it's in standby longer than half an hour, it doesn't wake up anymore. When I power it on with power button it starts Windows and tells me that something went wrong with last start.
It happens with MSAHCI and AMD AHCI drivers.
With FW 0002 I never ever had that problem. Seems we need a 0010 FW soon....
This User also has the same Problem: http://forum.crucial.com/t5/Solid-State-Drives-SSD

I have both a 128gb and a 256gh Cruital SSD. Neither of the reliably wake from SLEEP. When this occurs, the only way to restore operation is to remove turn the power supply off, wait a few seconds, and turn it back on. I have the hard drive set on NEVER and the computer on SLEEP.

I have the same exact problem with my 128gb C300. Some of the people in red here will try to convince you that it's another part of your hardware, a common ssd issue, or some setting your overlooking, but it's definately a problem with crucial's ssds. I RMA'd one of my C300's because of my raid0 array kept breaking because one of the drive's wouldn't come out of sleep without a powered down shutdown and reboot.. Both drives were on 007. The repacelment drive came back with 006 and I've left it with it as the drive now finally behaves. Well, my other C300 apparently has the same problem although not as frequently as the other drive did. My boot drive is a X25-E, have another X25-M as an application drive, and those two never have failed coming out of sleep. I wish there was a way to downgrade from 007 so that I wouldn't have to RMA my other C300 now.
