I cannot get anywhere around the CT4247623, so I have bought CT102464BF160B. I suppose the modules should be the same, just different coding, am I right?
Anyway, I wanted to upgrade with this module to 12 GB (i.e. adding Crucial 8GB to the 4 GB module originally installed by Lenovo), but I am having the problem getting BSOD in Win 8 when installed together after 10 - 15 minutes of work. Memtest passed OK.
So OK, let be it. But still I need for work maybe more than 8GB -> so I will have to buy another 8GB. Do you think the problem shouldnt appear having two identical modules, i.e. buying another CT102464BF160B?
Thank you for your opinion!
(laptop is Lenovo E531)

I am sorry you are having issues with your new memory upgrade. CT4247623 is the same as CT102464BF160B. Sometimes a difference in capacity or density between modules can cause the memory to not work together when installed. Density can be measured by how many little black chips are displayed on the memory modules. With the memory module CT4247623, it can either be 16 or 8. If you are adding another CT102464BF160B module it would be best to have the density with the modules match. Please let me know if you have any other questions about upgrading your system.
