thanks for the help previously with this post.
I'd also like to know the micron part numbers for:
Also, is there anyway that I can do this decode myself?

Thanks for contacting us again. CT4516968 is MT36KSZF2G72LDZ-1G6E2A7. CT4496144 is M386B4G70BM0-YK00M. Unfortunately, there isn't an easy way to translate these part numbers. Just let me know if you have any others and I would be happy to look them up in our systems

The Micron part number is MT16KTF1G64HZ-1G6E1 for CT8G3S160BM. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Thank you, YogiH, actually I do.
On the label of the DIMMs themselves can you tell me what the 6 digit code following the part number means?
I imagine part of it is probably week of manufacture and/or fab but I'm just guessing.

The ending of the part number refers to the DRAM supplier, chip count, and packaging. It's mainly for internal use.
So in this case the part number means that the DRAM supplier is Micron on 3rd and the chip count is 16 chips.
These specifications do not affect the performance of the RAM, it only gives us some extra information internally so we can distinguish different batches of RAM.
