after have cecked your site
i have bought 2 pieces of 4gb ram...in Italy, for same problem...
some day ago you write me:
Thanks for your email.
The two codes refer to the same part. The longer code (CT51264BF1339) is the technical description of the part- this tells us the type of memory, density, form factor, that kind of thing.
The shorter code (CT2151534) uniquely identifies that part to your particular system and is used to guarantee compatibility. It's just one of the many ways that we ensure you get the right upgrade, every time.
now when i put one of the two pieces in a primary slot of the pc, the system don't start. after 2 seconds of starting windows stop the system and shotdown everything.
the bios is the last.
please help me, is my working machine!!!!

I am sorry you are having issues with the RAM that you purchased. It appears that the part that you purchased is CT51264BF1339J and not CT51264BF1339 the part that is compatible for your system. CT51264BF1339J is a high density part that is incompatible with your system. I would recommend returning the part and purchasing CT51264BF1339 which is compatible with your system. Please let us know if there's anything else we may help you with.
