RAM problems with ASrock 970 extreme4

Hi guys!

I've got some problem. Last time my friend made me computer:

Motherboard: asrock 970 extreme4
Procesor: AMD FX 8320 black edition
Cooling: Zalman ZF1125BTH
Graphic card: GeForce Quaddro K600
RAM: DDR3 1600Mhz Ballistix Crucial Elite 4*4GB
AC: Corsair CX 500
SSD: Samsung 840 Series + Segate 1TB.

Crucial RAM doesn't work in Dual channel mode. Computer is unstabile and system detects 16 GB RAM (with 7,96 avaible)

Anyone knows where is the problem?

Hi Krolik91,

I am sorry for the issues that you have experienced with your RAM upgrade. What is the full part number on the memory module? This should read something like BLE4G3D1869DE1TX0.16F. Have you tried each module individually in the system? This might help narrow one defective memory module that could be causing all the issues.

Thanks in advance for this information!
