The Google Chrome web browser has an advanced feature called Developer Tools for seeing “behind the
scenes” error messages not normally displayed to the end user. This additional information can help greatly in debugging errors.

Please follow the steps below to activate Developer Tools and access these hidden error messages.

Note – the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift+I on Windows, or Cmd+Shift=I on Mac (the letter i as in
India) will do the same

When the developer tools open, select the “Console” tab

Select all of the text, then copy that text and paste it into an email to Customer Support.
