Anyway I called Crucial regarding my RMA for 2 sticks of crucial ballistix. They said they ran out of stock and would replace it with 2 other sticks of ram that will work on my system. They asked me for my credit card info so they can ship it out ASAP. I ask the rep why and he said that basically I pay for the new sticks and once he receive back my 2 old sticks, he would refund me my money. So I ask him if I am going to get it for free and he said yes. Today I check my credit card statement, Crucial charged me $60.88 and only refunded me $39.13.
Any help would be appreciated on this matter.

Please contact the US customer service team directly and they would be more than happy to look in to this for you.

Hi Gravite2k,
I have looked in to this for you and the team in the US are refunding the difference. As this is basically a warranty exchange there should have been no difference in price so I'm sorry this has happened and it was a genuine mistake.
Our team in the US are just awaiting the authorization to go through and a refund of $21.74 will be paid back to your card.
I'm sorry for any issues this has caused and the refund will be with you soon.
