on July 14th 2014 I ordered an MX100 at Amazon. On the web-side there is q quarantee granted for three years by You

Now in June 2016 my desktop didn't boot. To my surprise after nearly two years of work my crucial MX100 wasn't detected by the BIOS anymore.
Because very important data were on the disk, I sended it to Convar, who confirm, that their work will not harm the warranty by Crucial.
After some weeks I got a call, where they told me, that the controller of the MX100 is defective. They couldn't to anything.
On August 17th I received the old MX100 from Convar.
After some calls to other specialist, which do confirm, that thy could not repair the SDD or rescue the data, I decided to contact You for warranty.
But now, how do I do that?
Do the SDD has still guarantee?
The Model-No. is CT512MX100SSD1 263752, the *removed personal information*
