I had upgraded my memory to 8 gb. My laptop freezes couple of time in a day & sometimes makes sound & blue screen appears with error message . It collects data & sends; re boots itself.
A techician pointed out that RAM was faulty & took out one of the RAM. Laptop works fine now for half a day without any issues I guess ram is at fault.
I now need to set up returns & replacement. I had purchased it in NZ now I reside in India... Please advice on the procedure.. or any other solutions...

@aashayj I am sorry for the issues that you have experienced with your RAM. With warranties in India, we usually refer you to go back to the original reseller for a warranty replacement. If this is not an option, in your situation it doesn't sound like it, we would have you contact our EMEA group directly for the warranty replacement. Please contact us directly using the information in my signature. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.
