I have a failed SSD ordered from Amazon on April 2015 and the drive is not responding and windows said due to hardware issues
I tried to open RMA but I couldnt get the Material Number from the sticker, I have S/N, P/N, WWN , PSID, MSIP and LN but no matrial number.
