I am trying to request a RMA for a faulty memory module but am unable to use the “returns & warranty replacement request” on uk.crucial.com.
The memory was purchased some years ago, through Crucial Sales UK, but I have since changed my email and the site refuses any address I enter. The print invoice lists all necessary information, incl. the order number, but not the email used for the purchase.
Using the form on Crucial's support site, I’ve tried emailing Crucial UK twice, but receive no response, nor a confirmation that my email has been received. I would prefer to manage by mail to avoid international calling, and would be grateful if anyone could advice on how to proceed.
