I ordered a Crucial BX200 240GB SSD on January 3rd, and it failed ~3 weeks later in my PC. I was doing a large data transfer, and it stopped writing and spat out tons of errors. Then, it showed itself as a FAT32 filesystem, and no other information. I suspect some of the memory chips have failed. Anyway, since it's within 3 years of purchase, I have finally gotten around to doing something about it. I no longer have the packaging anymore, which I seem to need in order to complete the RMA form, as it asks for some 5-6 digit code that was on the box. Is there any way I can RMA the thing without the box?
