RMA process?

Anyone with experience with Crucial's RMA process?

 

Submitted all required documentation via email over a day ago, and no response: no case number, no acknowledgement, nothing?

 

In past RMA experience, you usually get at least a case # darn near instantly, so you at least know they got it....
