RMA status.

Hey there. A little over a week ago, I sent in a package to Crucial. USPS showed that they dropped the package off, but it's been exactly a week now since drop off and I'm getting a bit concerned. If Crucial tends to send some kind of notification of when they received a package, they didn't seem to send one to me. Could I get someone to double check that Crucial does in fact have my package?

 

My RMA number is "41003320"

We have received your RMA, you would normally receive a confirmation email to notify you so I'm sorry if you didn't get that on this occasion.

According to the UPS tracking, you should now have your replacement order also.
