After looking into your RMA, it appears the replacement memory was delayed due to an inventory matter. In other words, we were temporarily out of stock, and the parts were placed on back order. We now have inventory again, and the replacement should be shipping out this afternoon. I apologize for any inconvenience the delay might have caused you.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when the replacement order ships. Please let me know if you don't, so we can address it immediately.

I applied for an RMA number on 12/9, received an e-mail verification but haven't received an RMA number yet.
Does it usually take this long? Or is there a problem with my request?

I haven't received any e-mails yet. Everything else (verification & Community mailer to verify my e-mail address) all worked fine.

I'll try to remember the e-mail warning. Although, that address is not my primary and used specifically for safety reasons - so I don't worry too much.
