I've got a faulty ram BL25664AA80A.16FE5
I no longer have a receipt or the original packaging. Is it still possible to RMA?
P.S. Tested the ram with memtest86 v3.5. It got stuck on test 2 and the errors just kept piling up.
With the ram installed it would simply crash on startup after post.
Also requested a RMA on the 12th of September just in case. Received a confirmation of the request but no RMA# yet though.

I'm sorry you are having problems with your memory and that you haven't received your RMA details. We can certainly exchange the parts under warranty. This has now been set up for you and the details emailed to you this morning.

I have an MX100 and an M500 ssd drive that has failed to initiate. I would like to send in for warranty replacement. Can you please inform me how to do that? I don't have original packaging. I can't find the 6 digit code.
