Would you tell me what is the status of the returned item (RMA # 0042002980)? I received an acknowledgement that the returned item has been received Tuesday last week. However, I have not received any update for the replacement more than a week later.

@borobudurws Thanks for contacting us today. I am sorry that you have not received notification about your RMA. It appears the replacement part is currently out of stock. I will follow up you via email (the email address attached to your RMA) and give you the time frame and options for your replacement.

@borobudurws I am sorry you haven't received an update. I checked into this and it looks like the new ETA is December We have had some constraints on parts lately, so I apologize for the delay on this. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
