I had a warranty case with my SSD, sent it in, got my RMA and a store credit. I used the store credit and ordered a replacement SSD and was happy to see that shipment is at no extra cost.
However, to replace my broken part I have to pay tax for the product again! Admittedly it´s not the same product because that one is no longer sold, but the sense of warranty is a bit twisted here from my customer´s point of view. It is not what I would expect from warranty cases where a cost-neutral replacement would be the normal case.

Hi Junket, thanks for your fast reply. However I cannot find the private message. I looked around for about half an hour but did not find where this may be.
